Not at all. Activities are adapted for beginners and more experienced adventurers, with full instruction throughout.
We welcome solo adventurers, families, friends, hen and stag groups, schools and corporate groups. Rock climbing is available from age 8+; ask about the best option for younger groups.
Yes. The essential technical safety equipment for your chosen activity is supplied. You’ll receive a simple kit list for clothing, food and footwear.
Sessions run across the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and South Wales, including locations around Symonds Yat. The venue is confirmed when your day is planned.
